I had booked through AA Smart Care which I've not used before and the friendly staff explained the process with using a third party along with providing a clear time frame for the works.
I will definitely be returning for the advisories later in the year.
Only negative what i could say is probably receptionists. Being self employed and needing car for business it's good to know what exactly is happening with the car, roughly time scale (a day or two or even a week), needing constantly phone them to get update and always the same answer - they don't know what's happening and it takes time. Even on the day when car was ready they couldn't tell what's happening giving impression car is just sitting in there when in fact it's been stripped, repaired and waiting for a silicone to dry. This simple answer would had saved the hassle big time, but it's might be too much to ask?
To be brutally honest If I had gone on looks I would probably have driven past the place as it does look like its in need of a bit of TLC, then again it had spent a number of years vacant/to let after the crane company moved. You can clearly see they have made the reception area nice plus the customer toilet was spotless and looked to have been recently refurbished.
Whilst I was in there a long term customer came in to arrange a service and the lady on reception was really helpful ensuring the customer was happy with the information.
Would I recommend them, absolutely so.
